 How often are orders shipped?

We ship orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to ensure your purchase(s) reach you promptly, excluding major holidays. Most orders are processed within   24-48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is ready to be shipped. The email will include shipment details, a tracking number and a link to track your package via USPS. If tracking does not update immediately, please allow 24-48 hours for an update. Please note that USPS does not guarantee delivery dates for standard/First-Class mail and delays can occur during the holidays.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders placed within the USA will be shipped from our USA facility, ensuring faster delivery times for domestic customers. Orders placed outside the USA will be shipped from our UAE location to provide efficient service for international customers.
